Kirsten is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over a decade of experience in clinical practice and leadership. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. Kirsten’s therapeutic approach is warm and accepting. She meets clients where they are yet challenges them towards growth . She is well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Kirsten is also currently pursuing certifications in ADHD treatment, Autism treatment, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. She believes that giving a healthy, supportive and positive work culture will lead to best care for the clients, the clinicians, their families and their communities.

Leah Dennison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal issues, grief, anger management, and major life transitions with a commitment to fostering greater insight and developing new coping skills. She is currently pursuing a Perinatal Mental Health Certification to offer expert support to those struggling with postpartum difficulties. Leah uses a broad, empirically-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. Her most-utilized interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Grief Counseling, Dialectical Behavior Therapy approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. Leah values a transparent and collaborative therapeutic relationship, ensuring that client ideas and preferences are integral to the treatment process. She is excited to work with clients to achieve their goals and make lasting, positive changes. Shelley specializes in treating depression, grief, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationships, domestic violence as well as various forms of addiction. Shelley’s therapeutic approach is down-to-earth, laid back, friendly and accepting. She understands that everyone’s struggle is different, that you are the expert in your own life and she is here to walk through it with you. Her areas of focus include intergenerational and childhood trauma. Survivors of narcissistic and psychological abuse, women’s issues, BIPOC wellness, and supporting LGBTQ+ communities. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, person-centered, holistic, and trauma informed. Nurah has been described as warm, insightful, and compassionate. She is skilled at accepting people where they are while encouraging motivation toward desired change. “I hope to facilitate empathy for the past, recognition of the present, and tools to empower your future.
